WHO WE ARE

researchTUb promotes technology transfer. It has jointly been established by the Vienna University of Technology (TU Vienna), the Vienna Business Agency (VBA), and the urban development corporation Wien3420 AG.
TU Vienna holds 51 percent of shares in researchTUb, VBA 34 percent, and Wien3420 AG 15 percent. ResearchTUb focuses on on-demand research, technical development services, technology consulting and project management.

WHAT WE OFFER

The core competence of researchTUb is application-oriented research for businesses and public contractors, which is based upon extensive know how by TU Vienna. The technological focuses lie on energy, environment and production engineering, specifically on:

• energy-active housing
• low-emission mobility
• sustainable production and distribution of energy
• environmental monitoring
• efficient utilization of resources.

For its customers, researchTUb offers professional project management for complex assignments in research and development.

FIRST REFERENCES

Although only recently established, researchTUb has already successfully realized projects in the context of the urban development project “aspern – Vienna’s Urban Lakeside”.
